  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Cilantro
  • Salt

Method:

  1. Cut the mango and avocado in dice.
  2. Mix both ingredients in a bowl with olive oil and lemon to your taste.
  3. Toss well, season and add to cilantro to your taste.

Method:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 red onion
  • Mixed salad (add to taste)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salt and pepper (add to taste)
  • 2 corn wraps
  • 3 tea spoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Shredded chicken white

Method:

  1. Open your avocado and dice it in small cubes.
  2. Dice finely the half red onion.
  3. Place a wrap on your plate and add all the different components close to the center of the wrap.
  4. Once done, season and drizzle the Greek yogurt before folding the wrap.
  5. You can cut it in halves for easier eating.
